HOYME Manufacturing Inc. is an Alberta based company that designs and manufactures unique energy efficient motorized air control dampers and devices together with motorless air exchangers for the commercial and residential heating and ventilation industries.

Hoyme motorized air control dampers and adapters used for combustion air are certified by the CSA International. The patented Combustion Air Control Damper is a field installed fresh air damper which interlocks with the safety control thermostat of a furnace or aquastat of a boiler using either oil, propane or natural gas. For safety, comfort and efficient fuel consumption, this motorized damper opens to allow fresh air in through an insulated fresh air inlet duct when the furnace runs and closes to prevent cold air from coming in when the furnace stops.

Interconnecting to different voltages such as millivolt DC, 24 Vac, and 120 Vac control systems (50/60 Hertz) has been made easy by using smartly designed relay adapters by HOYME.

Additional motorized dampers include: Replacement/ Make-up-air Control Dampers; Universal Fresh Air and Zone Air Control Dampers and the low voltage Motorized Fireplace Chimney Cap with end-switch interlocking capabilities and power failure operation. 

A new product has been recently developed: the HOYME MOTORLESS AIR EXCHANGER which continually supplies tempered fresh air into the dwelling and continually exhausts stale air by the use of the furnace fan.. 

HOYME Motorized Air Control Dampers are designed for safety , tested to save energy and provide comfort for many years of trouble-free service. HOYME Motorized Air Control Dampers carry a residential 10 year limited warranty and a commercial 5 year limited warranty.

Motorized Air Control Dampers: 24Vac for Combustion, Make-up/Replacement and Zone Air control.
Motorized All Weather Hood: 24Vac Controls fresh air in and stale air out. Replaces passive regular all weather hood.
Fireplace Chimney Cap: Low voltage, interlocking & power failure operation.
Motorless Air Exchanger: Supplies tempered fresh air using furnace circulating fan.
Interface Adapters (one or two relay type): Interlocks 24Vac dampers to DC Millivolt and to 120 Vac Safety Control Systems. Also relay adapter/ timer kit interconnects various voltages to exhaust fans, furnace fans and zone air dampers.

Electronic Products:

Electronic Network Designer: A prototyping tool for designing electronic circuits. Soldering not necessary until designed circuit is complete and tested. Large size c/w 3400 connection points. Small size c/w 2154 connection points. Compact and functional in design, the unit can be closed (with design circuit in progress) for storage or transport.
Replacement Circuit Boards: For use with Electronic Network Designers.

Plumbing Products:

Emergency Water Shut-Off: Automatically stops leaks before they turn into floods. Mechanically actuated. 24 Vac remote control sensors can also be placed throughout the building.
