Tight Seal Keeps Chimney Warm
This Chimney Cap is custom made to dimensions of the chimney flue. A low voltage wire is strung down the outside of the chimney, through the building wall and connected to a control console. The control console, as part of the kit, is usually placed near the fireplace hearth and plugged into a standard 120 Volt outlet for simple, hassle free control of the Chimney Cap. Features include:
A) - manual release mechanism (ground level) in case of power failure;
B) - end switch to prove the open position by:
indicator light or
interlocking connections.
